Scoobynet car is on top form!
"WOW... what a 12 months its just had!!
Since having the latest AET standard fit turbo, new engine build and reverting the Spec C back to full road bias, the car has gone from strength to strength.
The initial dyno results with the new set-up really started to highlight the car's potential. Coupling the turbo with the latest engine build had positive comments from everyone that drove the car, with words being used like "angry", "responsive" and "mental".
As you may appreciate dyno results are one thing..... but the bull**** stops when the flag drops. With this in mind Shaun decided to enter the car in the inaugural season of the new ScoobySprint Championship. The car has really developed over the last couple of months which has resulted in a 1st place in the Round 4 Showdown and a 1st place overall at the Round 5 Final.
When you appreciate that the Spec C was up against some serious fully prepared, stripped out race cars (including current Time Attack entrants), it makes the recent achievements even better. Oh, did I mention that the Spec C is in full road trim with ICE system installed, running on VPower and was only using Low Boost for the sprint!!
Shauns comments - "The recent achievements have been possible with the use of professional products from professional companies like AET Turbos."
Simon de Banke who drove the Spec C to it's podium positions stated:
'This car is unbelievable on power.... it is so smooth, yet so aggressive.
You've proven that with the right engineers, and the right desire, you can build a totally kitted out road car (no missing trim, or anything silly like that), with road legal tyres, with no lightening, and with every extra still onboard including the stereo with added sub!!... that can compete with fully stripped out lightened 700+bhp race cars, with top drivers in them. Its really quite an achievement, especially considering we didn't even put it on high boost!'
As per usual AET Turbos have gone beyond the call of duty and have played a pivotal role in the development of this Spec C.
My advice would be to forget the rest and go to the best.... AET Turbos!
It's not all about power, but when you have a standard fit turbo that provides 486bhp at the HUBS on Vpower, with a great spread of torque.......
you certainly have a head start!"
