Congratulations to Two of AET's customers
Speed Equipment & James Nicholls cars take home the trophies!!
An awesome weekend was had at Zandvoort race circuit in Holland where James Nicholls in the Car Planet EVO took 1st place in the Extreme class plus best time of the day & Dennis Van Oostveen in the Speed Equipment Focus RS came 1st in the Pro Street class closely followed my his team mate Ronald Winters in 2nd.
The Dutch Time Attack last Sunday was on Circuit Park Zandvoort.
The event was called Automaxx Streetpower Edition
It was cold , windy, but dry ! (just a few drops in the qualification)
Speed Equipments Golf 1 engine was doing ok and they only drove at 1.0 bar! (336HP).
Ronald finished the extra wide front arches at 03.15 Saturday night/sunday morning to make the 285/30/18 wheels fit ! He didn´t have time for the rear wheels/arches and the brake discs we have for the car instead of the drums !
All in all they had a rushed time before the race but it all came together and the best results were acheived, very well done guys!!!

And as you could see The Stig had enough with that!
A Turbosmart FPR800 and Fuel pressure gauge are waiting to be fitted on the new WRC engine ! Also soon to come a twinscroll exhaust manifold with 2 x 38mm wastegates and a GT3067 from AET.
Speed Equipment were also displaying stickers on their cars for charities such as Kika, which is an organisation supporting children with Cancer & Wingsofsupport which is an organisation helping ophaned children, absolutely fantastic!!
James Nicholls Evo prepped by Car Planet came in 1st place with overall best time of the day! James said that the track was superb, the people were friendly & it was a great weekend. The Evo was running slicks & high boost due to the competition becoming more competative and the dutch guys were giving him a really good race.
