AET Turbos customer Bo Nielsen has been raising some eye brows in this years Time Attack in his Astra VXR. Running in the Forced Induction FWD category, Bo is currently leading by quite a margin.

AET Turbos, technical partners of the Project GTST – Fastest Skyline in the world!!

AET Turbos are proud to announce that at the FIA Main Event at Santa Pod (31st May 2010), John Bradshaw's Project GTST (2.8 litre Nissan Skyline) running AET’s turbo set up smashed all records running 7.45 seconds to 187 mph & then backing the run up immediately afterwards with a 7.49 @ 183 mph. In doing so the car became the world’s fastest Skyline beating the previous world record time of time of 7.57 secs & reset the European record books again.

In the first round Garage Whifbitz begin their defence of the RWD title.

Following a long and at times frustrating hibernation period over the winter months, it was finally time for Garage Whifbitz to dust off their equipment in preparation for the 2010 Time Attack season opener at Oulton Park near Cheshire.

Always looking to continually "push the boundaries" of what seems the impossible, Shaun Fennings has recently continued development to see what was ultimately possible out of his high compression Tracktive engine coupled together with the AET GT30 standard position (direct bolt on) turbo.

Speed Equipment & James Nicholls cars take home the trophies!!

An awesome weekend was had at Zandvoort race circuit in Holland where James Nicholls in the Car Planet EVO took 1st place in the Extreme class plus best time of the day & Dennis Van Oostveen in the Speed Equipment Focus RS came 1st in the Pro Street class closely followed my his team mate Ronald Winters in 2nd.

What a season Whifbitz have had and what a result to finish on, 1st & 2nd on the podium overall for 2009 in the RDW category. The season had its ups and downs but it just goes to show that Steve Linton & Paul Whiffin had the sheer will & determination to win.

James has worked for AET Turbos for 15 months but has just recently been put in the driving seat of AET’s modified Subaru STI. At the age of 23 the only racing he has done previously has been on 2 wheels and he has never driven this or any car before on the drag strip or entered a ¼ mile competition before.
